Linear Belt Sealer

When integrated into your production line and coupled with a FORDS capping system, our Linear Belt Sealer can deliver upto 300 hermetically sealed containers per minute.

Flexible and quick to configure, the Linear Belt Sealer can handle an array of different cap shapes and container sizes. It can be reconfigured quickly for a different container size with a swipe on its integrated touch screen display - no maintenance staff or tools required.

The Linear Belt Sealer is designed for factories where space is at a premium. It can be installed above an existing linear conveyor to avoid the costs and space requirements of a starwheel and sealing turret arrangement.
