FORDS Knowledge Cases are the physical realization of all of the testing, learning and understanding acquired during any given Futurology project.

They are provided towards the end of the packaging development process and are made up of a customized seal head, hand tools for cap making, embossing design inserts and, in some cases, booklets of suitable printed foil.

The LabEQ is an industrial sample-producing bench-based sealer that allows you to create replicas of what will be in your consumer's hands when your product goes to market.

With the LabEQ, you can produce sample batches for consumer trials and shelf-life analysis or even undertake commercial production in low volumes.

Designed with versatility in mind, your LabEQ provides the opportunity to change seal heads and integrate any future Knowledge Cases within the same machine. That's one piece of primary equipment to handle countless unique packaging formats.

Additional Benefits

Multiple container heights are facilitated by the adjustment of a manually rotating handle which can raise and lower the sealing head accurately to suit the required heights of your containers.

Hand tools and rule cutters are provided to aid the production of caps while the Lab EQ provides the pressure delivery for cutting and forming.
